The Role
As a Site Manager with Vado Media (CasinoOnlineIn), you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to expand and enhance our online gambling affiliate network. This role involves managing and optimizing content and SEO strategies across designated affiliate sites. Collaborating closely with our SEO and Content teams, the Site Manager will focus on achieving key Publishing department goals, such as fortifying, expanding, and diversifying our online presence through targeted efforts in content, SEO, design, and streamlined processes.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily website operations, reporting, and ongoing content optimization, all in partnership with various Vado Media teams. This position reports directly to the Content Team Lead.
Hands-On Content Management
Handle day-to-day site management, including content uploads, editing, and maintaining content quality to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
Keep detailed records of high-performing pages, sharing insights and progress with key teams such as Outreach to optimize collaborative efforts.
Maintain Quality Standards
Ensure all content aligns with the Head of Publishing and Head of SEO’s guidelines, adhering to company-wide standards and enhancing brand consistency.
Coordinate Freelance Resources
Lead communication with freelance writers, supplying them with structured content templates and comprehensive guidelines to ensure cohesive and high-quality output.
Monthly Unit Engagement
Attend monthly unit meetings for assigned projects, supporting colleagues by helping craft and deliver effective presentations and updates.
Continuous Learning and Growth
Engage actively in available training sessions and development opportunities to refine skills and stay current with industry practices.
Website Health and Optimization
Routinely review websites across the portfolio to identify improvement areas for SEO and content, working with the team to implement enhancements where needed.
Competitive Analysis and Strategy
Regularly assess competitor sites to identify content gaps and technological advancements, aiming to bridge these gaps to improve positioning.
Manage Project Expansions
Lead and coordinate the launch of new projects, websites, or site languages to support business diversification initiatives.
Content Performance Monitoring
Compile and deliver comprehensive reports on content effectiveness, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies and improvements.
